Imagine you are building something. It goes along well. And when you’re almost done, you add the last tiny detail or change something, like cutting your piece, turning it, moving it upside down or backward. Or, like, jumping where you used to lie still. In other words, you make a twist and add some trick to your finished work, dropping your line of logic, playing with your imagination.
That’s what we will do during our summer school.
During two weeks, we are going to have a rest while learning things. And learn things while having a rest.
We’ll be engaged in construction and deconstruction, we’ll be disassembling a whole into particles, and we’ll be changing the essence and shape of things.
We are going to stir our brain and body, tickle the imagination, and provoke perceptions.
So, we invite the children of 7-12 to our city summer school called Upside Down. The classes include:
🔸 Movement and bodily activities with the Cheloveki Dance School. The dance school instructors Maria Martos and Anna Vinogradova will also accompany the kids throughout the entire school.
🔸 Music with Max Robotov
🔸 Drawing with the FARBA studio
🔸 Modern art with Larisa Venedictova
🔹 Math (hopefully, but not confirmed yet). And don’t you worry, the math we will teach is not the dull school math. We do all the things in a relaxed and easy manner.
After the exciting explorations at the beginning of the day, we will walk in parks and lakes in the afternoon, enjoy active and calm games in the open air, a rock-climbing wall, and a high-rope course.

10.30 a.m.–1.00 p.m. – classes
1.30 p.m.–2.00 p.m. – lunch
2.00 p.m.–5.00 p.m. – walking/playing games/having a rest/activities in the park
5.00 p.m.–5.30 p.m. – afternoon’s luncheon
6.00 p.m.– parents pick up the kids
🤸 Location:
The beautiful state-of-the-art location called Workit Space is situated in the Nyvky neighborhood in a quiet park. It is a secured premise. We’ll have a separate building entirely at our disposal and a quiet cafeteria for lunches.

June 14-18 and 21-25. One week is possible; two weeks are better.
🤸 Age of children:
7-12. An older child might also join, but we’ll need to discuss this.

5500 UAH for one week
11000 UAH for two weeks
All-inclusive: the price includes all the workshops, lunches and snacks, materials, a rock-climbing wall, and a high-rope course.
